•	Free classes are available at our Westfield office for diabetes and smoking cessation!   O Diabetes: 2nd and 4th Mondays at 1:00 pm   O Smoking Cessation:  1st and 3rd Tuesdays at 6:00 pm             Please call our office to sign up.             Westfield office: 716.326.4678              Sherman office: 716.761.6144
•	Free education materials are available anytime in patient resource rooms at both offices.   When you are in the office, please feel free to ask our staff.
•	One on one education is available by appointment (a co-pay or nurse visit fee is charged).
•	New educational offerings are in the planning stages.   Check back frequently for new information about patient education.
