Sarah Cook

Sarah Cook, RPA-C

Sarah Cook is a registered Physician Assistant who joined our Westfield staff
in October 2007. She graduated from Houghton College with a Bachelors of Science
degree in Biology. In 2007, Sarah graduated summa cum laude with a Masters of Science
in Physician Assistant Studies from Marywood University in Scranton, Pennsylvania.

Married in 2004, Sarah and her husband Tim enjoy many activities together including
hunting, fishing, and hiking. They are actively involved in their church youth program
